Orders

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately. If you don't see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Please contact us at hello@layertide.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we're unable to cancel it.


Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't been processed.

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.


Shipping

Where do you ship from?

Orders are currently shipped from our fulfillment center in China.


How long does it take to process my order?

Our processing time is typically 3–5 business days.

This allows us to carefully prepare, inspect, and securely package each order before shipment.


How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your destination.

Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or other busy periods.


Will I receive tracking information?

Yes.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package throughout its journey.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


What if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry if your order arrives damaged.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the product and the packaging. We'll work with you to find the best solution as quickly as possible.

Are your ceramics dishwasher safe?

Most of our ceramics are dishwasher safe unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Are your ceramics microwave safe?

Most of our ceramics are microwave safe unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Our product photos are taken to represent each item as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences in color may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of ceramic materials.


Are all pieces exactly the same?

No.

Many of our pieces feature handcrafted characteristics, so slight variations in color, texture, shape, and pattern are part of what makes each piece unique.
