Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Layer Tide.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Be returned in their original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

If you'd like to request a return, please contact us at hello@layertide.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request has been reviewed, we'll provide instructions on how to return your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Return Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong item, Layer Tide will cover the cost of return shipping.

For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • Any visible damage

We'll work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.


Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used.
  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.
