Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been received.
During this time, we carefully prepare, inspect, and securely package your order before it is shipped.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $69 USD.
Shipping fees for orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become available after your package has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees determined by the destination country.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Shipping Delays
While we always aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at hello@layertide.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we're unable to make changes to the delivery address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the product and the packaging. We'll work with you to find the best solution as quickly as possible.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend first contacting your local carrier or checking with your household or neighbors. If you're still unable to locate your package, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to assist you.
